Dog face wipes are essential for the hygiene and health of your furry pet. They are specially designed to clean the dog's face, eyes, ears and paws, providing a fresh and comfortable feeling for your lovely pet. The production process of dog face wipes is fairly simple, but requires strict adherence to professional standards to ensure safety and hygiene.
1. Selection of substrates
The materials used for wet wipes are called substrates. Substrates must meet several conditions to be used in wet wipe production. Most importantly, they must be strong enough to withstand heavy cleaning tasks and have sufficient water absorption capacity to be easily saturated with cleaning solutions.
1) Wood pulp. Wood pulp is arguably the most commonly used raw material in wet wipe manufacturing. These wipes have a flat, ribbon-like morphology fiber structure that gives them a larger contact area with the surface being cleaned. This unique structure enhances their cleaning and absorption properties.
2) Cotton cloth. Cotton wipes are highly absorbent, durable, and able to absorb large amounts of water without falling apart. Although cotton fibers are known for their high strength, this material feels unusually soft and gentle on the skin.
3) Viscose fiber. While viscose wipes are not as durable as cotton, they still hold up well when used. This semi-synthetic material is known for its smooth, silky texture that feels great on the skin.
4) Polyester. Polyester wipes are strong and durable, and they don't tear easily even with frequent use. They are also shrink-resistant, which helps them retain their shape for a long time.
The substrates used in the production of wet wipes differ from traditional fabrics in that they are non-woven fabrics. As the name suggests, these substrates are not made by weaving fibers into a matrix of interlaced loops. Instead, they are produced using sheets made from a large number of individual fibers. Such non-woven fabrics are also used in the manufacture of diapers and dryer sheets.
2. Choose safe and natural ingredients that will not cause any harm or irritation to the skin. The selected materials must be gentle on the skin, free of harsh chemicals, and effective in removing dirt, bacteria, and viruses. The selected ingredients are mixed and combined to form a uniform solution. The solution is then evenly applied to the fabric through a specialized manufacturing process.
3. After the solution is applied, the wipes are cut and shaped to ensure that they are the right size and thickness for effective use. The wipes are packaged in sterile sealed containers to prevent contamination, ensure freshness and extend shelf life.
4. Before dog wipes are released to the market, they undergo quality control testing to ensure that they meet professional and industry standards. Testing is done to ensure that the wipes are not too abrasive or irritating to the skin and do not contain harmful chemicals or substances that may harm dogs.
