Unscented Sanitary Pads

Step 1: Test water absorption.

1. Slowly pour 1/3 cup of water onto the sanitary napkin.

2. During the pouring process, you should carefully observe its water absorption performance. It is better to absorb water while pouring. When it is finished, it is better not to see water on the surface.

3. After all sanitary napkins are filled with water, take a dry paper towel and spread it on the surface of the sanitary napkin. Then press it heavily with your palm to test the water re-permeability of the sanitary napkin. This operation simulates the human body sitting heavily on the sanitary napkin during menstruation. The amount of its re-permeability is reflected in the amount of water re-permeated from the paper towel, which represents the humidity of your private parts.

Step 2: Look at the material.

1. Tear it layer by layer; when tearing it, tear it slowly from one end. If the surface layer is non-woven fabric, it is more difficult to tear it apart by pulling it apart. Other materials generally tear apart as soon as they are pulled. This can measure the quality of the surface material.

2. Transparent particles are water-absorbing factors. If the water-absorbing factor is fine and shiny, and has strong water absorption, it is good. If it is coarse and non-shiny, it is inferior.

3. High-quality sanitary napkins should have functional chips inside. They are functional chips developed with Finajet nanotechnology. They can continuously release negative ions in the hot and humid environment during menstruation, truly have physical antibacterial properties, remove odors, and promote human metabolism and improve human immunity through light wave resonance.

4. The absorbent factor of high-quality sanitary napkins is 360-degree wrapping with high-quality non-woven fabrics.

5. If the last layer of the bottom film is a plastic film, you will see that it is difficult to tear when you pull it, otherwise it will tear as soon as you pull it. Plastic film is a carcinogen, and you can confirm whether it is a plastic film by doing a breathability test.

6. The last layer of the bottom film will be glued, which is the material that sticks to the underwear. If it is industrial glue (sticky, you can see the glue, yellow), when you use the sanitary napkin, the glue will dissolve into your underwear, and when you put on such underwear directly, it will cause secondary pollution. The good glue is pure xylose glue. It is the kind of chewing gum.

Step 3: Test the water absorption of the water absorption factor.

Put the water absorption factor into a cup filled with half a cup of water, about 60ML of water. After about 30 seconds, turn the entire cup upside down on the palm. If there is water, the water absorption is very poor. If the water absorption factor becomes a cup-shaped solid, it means that the water absorption factor has very good water absorption.

Step 4: Test the air permeability of the last layer of bottom film.

Fill the cup with half a cup of hot or warm water; cover the bottom film on the mouth of the cup, and then turn a cup upside down on the film. Use a transparent plastic cup; slowly observe the mist on the inverted cup. If there is obvious mist in a short time, it means that the air permeability is strong. Otherwise, it is an airtight plastic bottom film material.i
