Applicable scenarios and stain types

Light stains: For daily dust, light tear marks or food residues, dog face wipes can quickly wipe clean, which is convenient and practical.

Stubborn stains: If the dirt has dried (such as mud, severe tear marks), it may be necessary to soften it with warm water or a special detergent. The effect of using wet wipes alone is limited.

Cleaning steps

Fix the dog's head

Gently hold the dog's chin with your hand to keep the head stable, but do not press hard. Move gently to avoid making the dog feel restrained.

Start around the eyes

Directions: Use wet wipes to gently wipe from the inner corner of the eye (near the nose) outward to avoid getting dirt into the eyes.

If you see brown tear stains, they'll generally respond to pet-specific tear stain wipes, or can even be wiped clear with a small amount of saline. (Just keep in mind not to touch the eyeball directly - if the secretion has already dried you can use a wet wipe first to soften up the dried section before wiping).

Clean the mouth, nose and chin

Around the mouth, wipe the food, drool or other residue out of the hair, making sure to wipe well in the folds at the corners of the mouth.

Nose: gently wipe the nose also, but avoid the insides of the nostrils (they need air to breathe obviously!).

Chin: Chins on long haired dogs can easily get dirty, so you'll want to part the hair and be careful while wiping the area to make sure you got everything.

Clean the outside of the ear

Use a wet wipe to wipe the outside of the auricle and behind the ear, avoiding going deep into the ear canal (special ear wash solution is required for ear canal cleaning).

Precautions for use

Avoid sensitive areas: Avoid the eyes, nostrils and ear canals when wiping to prevent liquid from entering and causing discomfort.

Skin reaction monitoring: It is recommended to test on a small piece of skin before the first use to observe whether there is an allergic reaction (redness, swelling, itching).

Cleaning wrinkles: Short-nosed dog breeds (such as French bulldogs and pugs) need to open the facial wrinkles and wipe thoroughly to avoid residual dirt and bacterial growth.
